I had a problem recently that required car scratch repair. When I started researching to find out what I had to do I was unable to find out many things about it. Now I have overcome the situation I wanted my expeirence to help others so that they aren’t lost by what to do.

The problem happened last week. I had parked my car in a car park when my girlfriend and I went shopping. As I was walking back to the car I saw that someone had scratched the paint work. I was absolutely furious. I thought to myself ‘why should I have to pay for a car scratch repair service’?

I don’t know if you love your car as much as I do. I can even remember the car parked next to me in the car park. There was a constant reminder of the colour because of the horrible green mark it left on my car.

I first looked into trying to put it right myself. I haven’t got a lot of money and didn’t want to spend it on car scratch repair. It wasn’t long before I knew that this wasn’t a possibility. I would have to buy lots of stuff and learn how to do it. I don’t even think it would’ve saved me any money anyway.

I have a mate who works in the trade so I thought I would ask him to do it. My mate said he would do it if I was desperate but wanted me to check out a professional as he thought they would be able to do a much better job. Although I didn’t want to spend the money he said that someone who does car scratch repair all the time will make it look as good as new.

I sat down with my girlfriend and we went through the yellow pages and then the internet. We found somebody to come and do it. I can’t believe that they would come from such a distance but they did so I was pleased. It wasn’t as expensive as I thought and looks as good as new now. I don’t know what I was worrying about as the car scratch repair service was really good.
